REPAIR / WARRANTY CLAIM
Please upload up to three (3) photos. This allows the claims department to ascertain what tools the crew will need upon returning. Supported File Types as follows: JPG, PNG, GIF, JPEG, JPE, JFIF, BMP, HEIC, HEIF, TIFF, TIF, WEBP, JPEG 2000 and RAW.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Repair / Warranty claims are review by a claims administrator. A claim may take up to thirty (30) days or more for processing and approval. Approved repair and warranty claims are assigned to the original in house installers that performed the work if possible. Repairs are add onto the incumbent work schedule of the original installation crew. If the original in house installation team is not available another team may be assigned.
