IMPORTANT NOTE: Customer is required to keep at least two (2) boxes of flooring at the end of the project if 1000 sq ft or over and one (1) box if under 1000 sq ft for limited lifetime warranty. If there are no extra boxes at end of project it is the customer's onus to purchase more in order to meet requirement. Opened boxes, special order items, close outs, clearance items, baseboards, plywood, leveling compound and other misc construction materials DO NOT qualify for refund.

Please note: Refund Claims must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days after issuance of the Certificate of Completion. After cut off, refunds are no longer accepted. Refund Claims may take up to two weeks to process. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds cannot be processed until after all approved claim materials have been collected back from Customer.
