All of our products are tested for safety, are CARB Phase II Compliant, Lacy Act Compliant, FSC certified and are free from harmful VOCs or Carcinogens. Our house brands, The Hardwood Avenue Museum Collection and The Hardwood Avenue Atelier Collection are both manufactured and certified to the highest international industry standards.

We have experienced Project Managers that oversee your project phase-by-phase to ensure a high quality installation every time. Our in house uniformed artisan installers have over ten years experience to get the job done.  Our crews are never subcontracted. Since our crews are in house we know their strengths and capabilities and can custom assemble a crew specifically for the unique challenges of your project. We cater to residential, commercial and public works projects. Our installation services include Engineered and Solid Wood, LVT/SPC/WPC/Rigid Core, Laminate, Carpet,

Tile & Stone, Sanding and Refinishing.

We are a National Wood Flooring Association member (NWFA).

Our THA•MUSEO Custom Craft division can help you design and create your dream flooring. We can custom mill your hardwood floor to your exact specifications including thickness, width, length, grade, species, color and tone to create a truly bespoke floor.

We will match any advertised price by 10% of the difference - even after thirty days of your purchase. (Exclusions Apply: Material - online advertised prices, special orders, close outs, double discounts, clearance items.  Labor - must be in house, no subcontractors. Must be NWFA member and C-15 CSLB licensed, bonded insured. Bid must be protected. No lump sum contracts.)

LIFETIME WARRANTY

​

We have a limited lifetime labor warranty on owner occupied properties and a limited two-year warranty on non-owner occupied properties. As a complimentary service we will replace up to six damaged planks free of charge - no matter who or what caused the damage.

(Applies to purchase of pre-finished flooring material including installation only. Excludes customer provided material and sand and refinishing projects.)
